Due to the new Covid-19 regulations which will apply from 12.01am on 26th December 2020 for six weeks (with a review after four weeks), we will no longer be allowing a Click & Collect service. We will continue to offer a free delivery service throughout Northern Ireland with DPD.

In light of the new coronavirus restrictions announced last night, coming into force for Northern Ireland from 27th November - 10th December, RF Concepts will remain open and trading online only.
Our trade counter still remains closed to the public from the original closure, 23rd March.
We are still operating our click & collect service and orders must be paid for online or over the phone prior to arrival. Our NI freepost offer is still available online if you would prefer your order shipped directly to your door.
We will continue to have strict measures in place when dispatching all orders, both online or when operating our click & collect service.

Latest Update Regarding RF Concepts Ltd & Coronavirus
Due to increased demand, we have made the decision to open our online store, dispatching to the UK & Ireland.
FREEPOST available on online orders over £/€100 (excl VAT).
If placing an order for delivery to an international address, we will be in touch to advise delivery dates.
We have strict measures in place in the warehouse and our couriers are offering a contactless delivery service, for your safety.
Please be aware that there may be a small delay in getting your order to you and we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service at this time. You will receive tracking details by email once the order is shipped, to advise a delivery date.

In the interest of health and safety for both our clients and staff, we have decided to suspend operations with the closure of our office from this afternoon.
