Delivery Information
Easter Delivery
The office will be closed Friday 2nd April and Monday 5th April 2021.
There may be some delays with dispatching orders during this time, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
St Patrick's Day Delivery
We will be unable to offer a Next Day Delivery service 17.03.2021 due to courier closures over St Patrick's Day.
All orders placed during this time will be dispatched 18.03.2021.

Coronavirus Update
Our online store is OPEN and we are safely dispatching orders throughout the UK & Ireland. If placing an order for delivery to an international address, we will be in touch to advise delivery dates.
We have strict measures in place in the warehouse and our couriers are offering a contactless delivery service, for your safety.
Please be aware that there may be a small delay in getting your order to you and we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service at this time.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped, to advise a delivery date.

We currently offer FREEPOST on orders throughout Northern Ireland. This is automatically offered at checkout.

To ensure same day shipping for in stock items, please ensure your order if placed before 2pm.
Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be dispatched the next working day.

Freepost
We offer a Freepost service to UK/Ireland addresses on online orders over £100 + VAT.
This option is automatically added at checkout.

UK Freepost: 2 - 3 Working Day Delivery
Ireland Freepost: 1 - 2 Working Day Delivery
Please allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands.
- We are unable to dispatch orders during weekends and public holidays. Any orders placed during these times, will be dispatched the following working day.
- As we ship our orders via courier service, you may be required to sign for a delivery or it may be left with a neighbour/safe place.
- Tracking details will be sent via a Shipping Confirmation email once the courier has collected the order. Track your order through the "Track My Order" page.
International Delivery
- Shipping costs to international addresses will be dependent on the weight and location. This will be calculated at the checkout.
- Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery for international orders, shipped via FedEx, TNT or UPS.
