RF Concepts offer worldwide shipping via a number of reliable couriers including DPD, TNT, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail.

To ensure same day shipping for in stock items, please ensure your order if placed before 12pm.

Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be dispatched the next working day.

We offer a Freepost service to UK/Ireland addresses on online orders over £100 + VAT.
This option is automatically added at checkout.

Please allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands.
These may incur extra charges

• We are unable to dispatch orders during weekends and public holidays. Any orders placed during these times, will be dispatched the following working day.
• As we ship our orders via courier service, you may be required to sign for a delivery or it may be left with a neighbour/safe place.
• Tracking details will be sent via a Shipping Confirmation email once the courier has collected the order. Track your order through the "Track My Order" page.

International Delivery

• Shipping costs to international addresses will be dependent on the weight and location. This will be calculated at the checkout.
• Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery for international orders, shipped via FedEx, TNT or UPS.
